One of the most common questions I get is, "What does this knot mean?" To be truthful, we don't know in a historical sense. There are many new meanings applied to the knots which are, at best, guesses at their original, ancient meanings. Becasue of the confusion and conflicting 'definitions' I use all of the knots as a symbol of unity - and they are pretty, and graphic too. I use them ultimately because I like them. This bag is lined with a durable black acetate moire and has black twisted cords.
