My Great Cloaks are the ultimate in luxury. Approximately eight yards of the finest velvet which have been gauffered (hand-embossed) are used to make each cloak. Most of the designs I put in the velvet are my own carvings. My cloaks-of-distinction undergo a minimum of three weeks of creative composition. Each step in my process of cloak-making is completed with intese attention to detail. My great cloaks are all half-circle designs with a shorter attached cape; their lengths vary (see description.) A removeable hood attaches to the collar with buttons. I hand-stitch all the button holes to ensure the longest wear. In my never-ending attempts to provide clients with the utmost in quality, each cloak is treated to be water resistant and has at least one large interior pocket sufficient to carry all of your necessities. High quality lining fabrics vary, again see the description for details. My cloaks are all one-of-a-kind pieces. Each of them has a title - just like a painting they are each unique! Roman Thorn:

The inspiration for Roman Thorn was the centuries of conflict that existed between the Catholic church and the ancient Celts. The Celts were an enduring thorn for the diocese. The ruby and black velvet represent the decadence of the Church. The entire cloak is then gauffered with the distinctive, intricate knotwork for which the Celts are so well known.
